Its the High Holy Day nothing but corned beef simmered in Guinness with cabbage,carrots,potatos, soda bread and cake for after. tis a Great Day.

Did you know that it is an Irish American thing to do the corned beef?

An old time true Irish dinner in Ireland would have been boiled bacon and cabbage.
