I upgraded to premium a few days ago and now my account is no longer recognized as such. The website keeps asking me to upgrade, and I have no access to my previous features. Can someone please fix this?

Our apologies, we had a database restore of our members details a few days ago and apparently we needed to setup any new Founder accounts manual.

That has been done. Your account is restored and you should have access to premium services.
