| Thie weekend- http://www.caledonian.org/games.html We're so excited to be able to go! I'm looking forward to seeing the Wicked Tinkers and Albannach perform as well as the re-enactors! There's going to be a re-enactment of The Battle of Bannockburn as well as other events in Scottish history. Looking forward to meeting up with Joe Henderson, the regional director for the Clan Henderson Society of Northern America, at the Henderson Clan tent. We're going to pick up materials for use at our Clan Henderson tent at the Fresno Highland games Sept. 15. Of course, the caber toss and the hammer throw are always a favorite of mine and will try to get to see some of these events too! See you there! |
