Richard, I hope you spent the day with your wife on her birthday. Maybe next time, she'll go fishing with ya! laugh.gif

maggiemahone1, I was corrected by my Wife on fishing on my Birthday. She reminded that she went with me last year. That I need to apologize via Forum. But yes I did spend the day with her even when she wanted to go SHOPPING. sad.gif

Wait a minute Annabelle! I don't want to go to a chick flick. I want to go fishing! laugh.gif

Richard promises that even those of us of diminutive stature can fly fish.
I don't believe him for a minute. wink.gif

But imagine the fun of watching a bunch of anglers on the water, especially those like me who don't have a clue......
THAT would be more entertaining than any film. biggrin.gif

Fly fishing? My Dad tried to teach me and my brother when I was about 10. He put a hula-hoop on the ground at the end of the yard, showed us how to cast, and said when we could hit the hoop consistently he would take us fishing. Well, my 8 year old brother went fishing. I never did. But I didn't practice much either. Should have had a bigger hoop!

You can have my share of it then.

I try to not eat anything raw. I had some sushi once that wasn't cleaned properly and I spent the night and half of the next day doing this---> puke.gif puke.gif puke.gif puke.gif puke.gif .

I know a few people who react badly to seafood even when it's cooked but fortunately for me I can pretty much eat any kind of seafood. My greatest memory was attending the annual mussel festival in Co. Waterford where you got 'em by the bucket biggrin.gif

And oh what a lovely rut to be in, Keltic, but that only takes up my mornings which leaves a lot of daylight to burn......in a manner of speaking....and then comes the cover of darkness. Like Warren Zevon said "I'll sleep when I'm dead."

"The Excitable Boy" is really just taking a very long nap, I'm thinking.
