Gozmoron, send it to me! It's been pretty cold here for an unusual winter but I'll take snow any day any time. I love it. Love to play in it. My favorite thing to do is get a trash bag, cut a hole for your arms and head. Cover your body with it. Then you get on the top of a high hill and slide down on your stomach holding your arms and legs bent upward. You look like a duck sliding down the hill, but everyone loves to do it. I laugh all the way down. The only negative is your stomache will be sore the next day cause you use muscles that you don't normally use. But great fun. Just look out for the trees.
Well, looks like we missed our chance for a white Christmas this year.
Its been a week since we've had any rain, and there has been a nice northerly breeze every day now. Both good signs that summer has arrived. Temps have been in the upper 80sF (29C), the sky clear and blue with some fluffy clouds. What a disappointment huh? It does make the palm fronds wave nicely though. And the Christmas lights are very attractive against the verdant green background.

I'm sooo jealous of everyone who is getting snow I've never seen real snow before, having lived only in south Texas. I was hoping to see some this year in Oklahoma, but I came back home to Texas before it started to really get cold there! darnit! Maybe when I go back in January it will snow... hopefully ~neffie

Zero chance for a White Christmas in Pennsylvania. I has been raining all night and most of this morning. From my office I have a lovely view of the Neshaminy Creek overflowing its banks, with all manner of flotsam and jetsam bounding down the creek. To top off the 'lovely' weather, I managed to get myself an early christmas gift. The flu!

Hey Eamon. You're not the only one who got that one for Christmas. Sucks, doesn't it.
