Ohio's collective bargaining bill known as SB-5 has just passed the house, having already passed the senate. Most of the changes made by the house actually a strengthen the bill.
Labors plan is to reverse it through a referendum in November. However, with in state polling numbers consistently indicating that well over 70% of the population approves of the bill, that would appear to be unlikely.
Indiana's D's have returned from Ill. so that may be the next battle ground.
