I would like to know how the gaelic translation would go for " I am his wife" and "I am her husband". My wife and I would like to get tattoos that have this in Irish Gaelic on our wrists. I would also know what it would look like in the gaelic alphabet. Thank you for your help. |

I am his wife: Tá mé i mo bhean chéile dó or Is mise a bhean chéile I am her husband Tá mé i m'fhear céile di or Is mise a fear céile |

Gaelic is written in the English alphabet, with some diacriticals ("accents"). If you mean in the font that is often used in Irish-themed graphics, based on the celtic roundhand or half-uncial calligraphy, there are lots of examples on the web. Here is a simple one: http://www.new-renaissance.com/fonts/pix/character_sets/davie-roundhand.jpg You can find books about these fonts in art stores, but if all you need is an alphabet to show your tattoo artist, I think you will find what you need on the web. |

I think what is meant is that you wish to see it in is Irish Unical. I'm sure you could find some free Unical fonts online, but for reference: http://www.omniglot.com/writing/irish.htm |
