Well it's been two weeks since the last person (MDF) posted here! Guess I'll get this thread going again: Summer is finally here! It's warm and humid, with a chance of rain. But it is so much better than snow - right Rindy?!?!

Had a good, relaxing holiday. Spent most of it sitting on my back deck, reading Tim Cahill's book, Hold the Enlightenment (travel writing).

Hi everyone! I can't believe this thread went two weeks without someone posting. I had a good weekend other than it rainned all but Saturday. It snowed on Thursday or Friday can't remember now. I just hope its gone til next year.

Mike..some day I am going to have to break down to getting an ipod...will when my walkman wears out.

Yeah, it has been awhile since anyone's posted in this thread.

I was out at my parents' yesterday. In addition to it being Memorial Day, it was also my dad's birthday. I remembered to bring my camera and I took some pics. I've posted them on my Flickr page.

Well, I've moved since you last posted here, but just a few miles from my old location.

Did you ever take your iPod back to wherever you purchased it to say it was defective?

You could do that or take it to the nearest Apple Store and see if they can repair it.

Mike those photos are wonderful. Everything is so green. Lake Katherine is so beautiful. I always enjoy your photos.

I have been busy inside and now the rain has cleared up so hope to get outside more tomorrow. We've had record rainfall in the last 6 days. I have been busy with the videocelt contest. It's not as easy as I thought it would be. It's a lot of fun hope you will add a couple, three, four, well you know.

I was told to reset the Ipod and it would be alright, at least for a little while. I'll have to take it in.

Hello all and welcome back, emerald-eyewanderer! It is terrific to have you back!

Well my ankle is 98.8% better. I only say that because at times when I am on my feet too long it gets kind of wonky! LOL

All else goes well but have been very busy with my photography stuff.

Then to top it off, my hubby purchased a couple computer games that he is addicted to.......argh! Tonight I told him that I needed to be on here..period! He wasn't too happy about it, but he will get over it when he can come back on here for Friday through Sunday.

I don't have an iPod. Perhaps one day.

Mike you can leave out the junebugs, or bugs in general. It was beautiful out today here. Well I was working most of the day but what I did see was nice.
