Talking with Eamon (Ed) today and we plan on meeting at the Celtic Classic in Bethlehem, on Sat. Sept. 27. If you plan on going and want to hook up with us, let me know. I won't be staying the whole weekend this year, like past years. The hotels have gotten to expensive.

Sadly, I won't be able to make it this year. I have used up the last of my vacation time taking care of my dad in Ohio who has been very ill since June. He's starting to move forward now and get better, but the damage to my vacation time is done!

Why didn't you send George out to Ohio and let him help out? George didn't have anything better to do.
You both already probably know this, but I'll be there. When Finn's Fury played those grounds in August, there was some talk of them coming out to the Celtic Classic, even if as attendees. ( http://www.celticradio.net/php/forums/inde...showtopic=11540 ) I just sent a PM to ODoom to see if that's going to happen. They're a nice group to meet and hang out with.

I have two modes: wiseass and dumbass. Mode is determined by current blood alcohol level.
Drinking is a sport. In order to be competitive, you must practice on a regular basis. Although you can practice alone, it is much more fun to practice with friends. If you're out of shape and practice too hard, you will regret it the next day.
Life is a disease. It is sexually transmitted and always terminal.

Not sure what our schedule will be yet. Haven't even looked at the performance schedule. I'm sure we will find you somewhere along the way guarding the kegs.
Subhuman, How lucky you are to be close enough to go. Hope you have a great time.

Heading out for the first day of festivities in about an hour.
Bob, better bring your waders. I think the Lehigh River will be lapping at your usual keg hangout. Looks like this years fest will be a washout with over 2 inches of rain predicted.
To hell with the predictions- don't you know that this fest is charmed? I just returned, nothing more than light drizzle. Today began the 21'st year, and to-date there has NEVER been bad weather for the Celtic Classic. Of course, there is always a first time- but so far, it doesn't look like it will be this year.
In 2003, we had the tents underwater 3 days before it started. I''m not kidding, underwater tents before the fest. But, the show goes on- the worst we had today was light drizzle.
I have plenty of pics of Scythian et al to post later.
