As I pointed out earlier in this thread though is religion does not have ownership of the word marriage so they can't control who uses this word. I mean maybe they can in their own churches but if say 2 gay Atheists want to get marriaged the church has no right to push their views onto the 2 gay atheists.

Well lets see if Bushler frees the Iraqie people any time soon. So far he's not doing to much to get the troops out. Seems I remember him saying it would be weeks right after the war supposedly ended and what it's been like 7-8 months at least now.

Maybe not terrorism but there was a preemptive strike argument during teh Nuremberg trials cause I was reading a book on the trials not to long ago and they raise this issue that the Nazi's tried to use the argument of preemptive strikes as an excuse for some of their actions and the court rejected this philosopy.

Yeap. Hitler charged in claiming Premptive strikes to supposedly save germany and Bushler did it as well. Nuremberg Trials threw out this Nazi Doctrine and Bushlers same argument should also be thrown out and Bushler tried for war crimes.

Well there's a difference though. germany started it and lost and were tried. Here the US started it and their case has not been proven yet they'll get away with it unlike Germany who used the same excuses Bush did.

QUOTE (Annabelle @ Feb 16 2004, 02:00 AM)
The other side of the coin is the continuation of homosexuality, drug users and multiple sex partners jeapordizes others as HIV transmittal becomes higher the more it's passed to others. HIV mutates every 90 days. This is one of the reason's that NIH (National Institute of Health) Bethesda, Md has a problem coming up with a cure. When we have a sudden operation we all run a risk no matter how well the blood is typed, checked and screened for a chance of transmittal.

These are not just gay issues they pertain as well to hetrosexual couples as well. rolleyes.gif

I'm not even talking the DP here. I am talking about you specifically. If you killed someone who killed a member of your family or a close friend would you not also be guilty of murder? Well no different for a country. If you're attacked there are both legal ways and illegal ways to deal with justice. On the war on terrorism I might agree action was needed cause justice can't be served on a coward hiding out in caves. But Saddam wasn't hiding in some caves when the war started. He was there and except for Kuwait back on 90 as far as I know he had not attacked anyone outside his own country. Now inside is another matter and is a matter for the Iraqie people to deal with not any other country. And Bush is failing on his case of WMD so this is starting to prove he had no case even for a preemptive strike. And even thern a preemptive strike would be a crime against peace.

Could we make that limiting the height or the width? Reason I ask is mines sort of tall but fairly narrow so...would be similar to a not tall but wide graphic.

And just some feedback I rather link the graphic signatures if not to large. I think we only have 2 that are regular usuaers that being me an Aon.

a crime is still a crime though. Not saying other countries are innocent but a crime to combat a crime is not the way. I mean if someone say killed a family member or someone close to you and then you turned around and killed them would you not also be guilty of the crime of murder?

QUOTE (Richard Bercot @ Feb 15 2004, 10:08 PM)
Fair enough. I just wish that it was that easy.

As far as the Iraqis being here, I think every Country in the World is already doing that, the only difference is that they do not have their Military Bases here. It seems to me that every Country in the World is telling us how we are to view their point of views. The same thing had happened in both World Wars and we were always the last to join in and now when they cry foul to someone else and we jump in to help, the foul is changed and then pointed at us. Can they not make up their minds or are we suppose to be mind reader and only react after the fact?

Are you willing to sit around and wait for another to assult some other people with weapons of mass destruction. Is that worth waiting for?

I, myself, am a firm believer in preventive maintenance. If something looks like it going to break down I would much rather fix it while I can before it happens then to wait until it breaks and possible effecting other parts it is related to.

Just My Opinion.

Well the problem with preventitive maintanance is in the case of war it's wrong and the court at Nuremberg threw out the Nazis us of this explaination. We can't have countries charging around the world starting wars over what maybe because it also maybe not. Besides the same trial stated that starting a war is a crime against peace.

Was surfing a joke site a friend sent me and found this tax joke. It's adult in nature so if not interested in adult jokes please skip on by.

The New Penis Tax (X)

The only thing that the IRS has not yet taxed is the male
penis. This is due to the fact that 40% of the time it is
hanging around unemployed, 30% of the time it is hard up, 20%
of the time it is pissed off and 10% of the time it is in the
hole. On top of that, it has two dependents and they are both
nuts.

Effective January 1, 2004, your penis will be taxed
according to size.

The brackets are as follows:
  • 10-12" Luxury Tax $30.00
  • 8-10" Pole Tax $25.00
  • 5-8" Privilege Tax $15.00
  • 4-5" Nuisance Tax $3.00
Males exceeding 12" must file under capital gains. Anyone
under 4 inches is eligible for a refund.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR AN EXTENSION!!!!!

IRS NOTE: We are still waiting for answers for the following
questions:

Are there penalties for early withdrawals?

What if one's penis is self employed?

Are condoms a deductible expense as work clothes?

Is there an additional tax if you are not circumcised?

Ok this was suggested awhile back but I think the thread got buried eventually so decided to start up a pinned thread for this. If anyone is interested in moderating this thread please drop me a note. While I maintain moderating priviledges trying to let some of you lead discussions you like. Now bare in mind I am going to allow some adult style jokes here being this is a protected forum so if this is of no interest to you I suggest you scan jokes before reading in full read at your own discretion. I say this cause the first joke is definately adult in nature but political as well. wink.gif

my solution is to withcall all the troops. Playing world police gets us in half this trouble. How would you feel if Iraq had bases here and was running around north america getting in everyones business you'd be just as ticked off (being polite here) off as some middle eastern folk are that we're there doing this very thing.

But seeings how there seems to be a track record growing will be interesting to see who are new enemy is in 10-20 years. If it's Iraq this will just lead to this growing track record.

Ok first off I have not read every post except the first the rest have been scanned quickly as it's just way to late for me to think right as have just gotten back from Japan after over 24 hours traveling as we got a perk bump meaning we volunteered and got goodies in return but added 5 hours to an already long long day.

All I will say on this is (and remember I am still catching up so might have missed something if so will correct this post) but as this post seems to deal with the week before I left there were some issues which were raised and the moderators took and discussed several of these issues and I know Paul made the post regarding guidelines he did as the mods felt that it would be very confusing for new members if every member was telling who to post what where. There was also some minor issues that cropped up that also the moderators discussed for several days. As I just returned I am unsure who has opted out so if someone could fill me in on the missing names as I might not find these out without digging to much to see whose been posting and who hasn't. But we're trying to make it a nice forum for all and the main point about trying to keep certain posts in certain areas is mostly due to this not being just an adult forum plus also not every member wants to read teh type of posts say that happen here regarding politics. So all we're trying to do is straighten some things out as the forum grows so it continues to be a fun and friendly place. A lot has been happening behind the scenes as we now have a mods forum where moderators can discuss issues and how best to handle things that will unfortunately crop up as we group.

We're not trying to censor anyone just trying to keep the posts in the right spots to protect those who might not be interested in such things or at their age should not be involved in such discussions.

Ok to tired off to bed I think though I said that 20 minutes ago LOL biggrin.gif

Woman files lawsuit against President
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

By LeaAnne Klentzman

A Fort Bend County woman files a lawsuit on former Governor and current sitting President George W. Bush.

Margie Schoedinger of Missouri City, Texas has filed a lawsuit against George W. Bush in Fort Bend County Court. In her suit she is alleging "race based harassment and individual sex crimes committed against her and her husband." The suit lists numerous offenses and asks for actual damages, punitive damages and judgments against George W. Bush.

In her suit, among the many allegations, she has stated, "On or about, October 26, 2000, an attempt was made to abduct Plaintiff (Schoedinger) by three unknown assailants. Because of the actions of these assailants, Sugar Land police officers were dispatched to the scene. In the end, no report was taken. The assailants were treated respectfully and allowed to go free while Plaintiff (Schoedinger) was repeatedly and aggressively questioned. After filing a lawsuit, the Plaintiffâ??s family and past contacts were questioned and harassed." As a result, Plaintiff dismissed Plaintiffâ??s lawsuit. Irrespective of Plaintiff dismissing the lawsuit, the harassment continued." Schoedinger, goes on to allege "at some point, she contacted the Houston office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, filing a raced based harassment complaint, advising that the Sugar Land Police Department may or may not be harassing Plaintiff on behalf of her neighbors in Sugar Land or possibly on behalf of the First Colony Community Services Association."

Schoedinger further states in her lawsuit, "The (FBI) agent in question advised her that the situation appeared to be highly organized and most likely higher level, such as a racist organization." Furthermore she states, "Throughout this conversation, she learned that there was no time that the Defendant (Bush) ever stopped watching Plaintiffâ??, nor did he stop having sex with Plaintiff. The sole concern of the Defendant and his representatives was whether Plaintiff could actually recall whether Plaintiff could actually recall, the individual sex crimes committed against Plaintiff and Plaintiffâ??s husband, utilizing drugs.

Section VII of the lawsuit states; "Whether or not Plaintiffâ??s husband was raped remains in question, as Plaintiff was drugged after she was raped and her husband was drugged before her rape. Plaintiff can only state that these men purported to be FBI agents raping her for the purpose of covering for how many times they had drugged her and allowed the Defendant to rape her in the same manner."

She also alleges that in writing letters directly to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Houston Office," instead of assisting Plaintiff with her concerns, the FBI took on the same demeanor as the Sugar Land Police Department. Eventually, Plaintiff learned, via telephone conversations, that both the Sugar Land Police Department, and the Houston Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation were acting at the behest of the Defendant, George W. Bush. As a part of their defense, the Sugar Land Police Department conducted a background investigation into Plaintiffâ??s past activities. In the end, this investigation yielded the following information: Plaintiff had seven dates, (which became seven lovers), had told no lies, committed no crimes, gotten 2 traffic tickets and dated George W. Bush as a minor."

Sugar Land Police Department Captain Marcaurele said his department has no record of any complaints by Ms. Margie Schoedinger. Several attempts were made to contact Ms Schoedinger, she never returned any calls.

Ms. Schoedingerâ??s law suit was filed on December 2, 2002 and is currently in the Fort Bend County system in County Civil Court at Law 3. Schoedinger is listed as her own legal representative.

Now for the weird twist and I find this just to much of a coincidence

Dead Woman Who Accused Bush of Rape
11/12/2003 16:37
Margie Schoedinger dies as a result of a gunshot wound to the head

Margie Schoedinger, the woman who allegedly filed a lawsuit against George W. Bush in December 2002, claiming that she had been raped, has died of a gunshot wound to the head, registered officially as "suicide".

The allegations were serious: the law suit apparently filed against George W. Bush in the County Civil Court in Fort Bend County, Texas, on 2nd December 2002, claimed that George Bush, the former Governor or Texas and current President of the United States of America, had committed "individual sex crimes" against her and her husband.

Margie Schoedinger further stated that after the claim, she had been harassed, that her bank account had been interfered with, that she had been threatened and beaten. She claimed 1 million USD in actual damages plus 49 million USD in punitive damages and emotional stress caused by the alleged incidents.

Court documents filed on December 4th 2002 mention Bush, giving him 20 days to respond or appear in a court in Fort Bend. These papers were initialed by Fort Bend County Deputy Clerk, Becky Kasper. However, due to the ambiguous nature of the claims, which have never been substantiated, it is unclear whether the President of the USA was served with the suit.

Whatever the case, Margie Schoedinger is dead. At 38 years of age, she died on Monday 22nd September 2003. The Harris Country Examiner's Office states "gunshot wound to the head" and "suicide".

Here are the court documents on this case
