Can you imagine how happy I am that the heat pump came on this morning after I messed with the thermostat some more? Or how disappointed that the heat came on instead of the AC? Does anyone know how to replace a thermostat? Should I wait until my Dad returns from Alaska? Do you know that I prefer to open the windows and use the ceiling fan to running the AC, but I worry about my critters shut in the house in the afternoon when the temp is in the high 80's or low 90's?
