Several months ago we re-introduced email accounts under our Celtic domains for those that would like a Celtic flared email address.
Selection of your email account is through the Dashboard and includes some of our popular domains such as CelticHearts.com, StormCelt.com, CelticRadio.net and a few other selections.
A personal favorite of ours is StormCelt.com as we always get interesting questions or comments about this domain.
One of the unique features of our system is that if you are unhappy with your selection at any time you may delete the email account and setup a new one. It only takes several minutes for the new email address to be activated.
To follow up for this new feature, we have now released to our new secure server a web based email system so you can easily login and check your Celtic Radio email. The web mail system is very easy to use unlike gmail which can be a little overwhelming. It also has built in pop-up notifications of new emails and about 10 awesome themes to choose from.
Screenshots are below and we invite our members to try out a new email address using this new Celtic Radio system!
Something's changed. I can't connect to the server and where I used to just put in my user name, it wants my email address and doesn't recognize it
Edited to add: I think it's recognizing me now, but it still says Can't Connect to Server
I'm seeing similar issues to WallaceGal's.
If I attempt to login using my old @celticradio.us address I get a "Domain is not allowed" error. If I attempt to login with just my Celtic Radio screen name I get a "Can't connect to server" error.
My Dashboard requested I change my email password (which I did) and that didn't help either.

Hey MacEoghainn,
Unfortunately, we discontinued CelticRadio.us several years ago. If it is still showing in your Dashboard, try clicking on the DELETE button at the button of the page and selecting a new email address.
Also, when you login be sure to use your full email address as the login name.

I changed the settings on my old email account in my PC's email software to reflect the new email address and added it back to the list so the email app will check for and download any new email. There is one issue that has appeared. When the App tries to connect to the celticradio.net server I get this error popup:
"The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that could not be verified.
A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider.
Do you want to continue using this server?"
If I click "Yes" then the connection proceeds.
Is that a problem at the server end or is it probably at my end?

It could be, we are using just a locally signed certificate we did not purchase its own certificate so you might get a message that you should not trust - which you can if you do trust us!

I couldn't find a way to trust the certificate (I'm using the old Windows 7 live mail app) so I just changed the port to the non SSL port number and that seemed to work.
