My sentiments exactly. It's good to be a Father, best accomplishment of my life.

My dad would have loved you, David. I know he would have offered the 30-year-old Glenfiddich, and of course you don't drink, but that's just so you know. smile.gif pepsi.gif

Thank you all, being a dad has lead to many intersting ventures...

As I said being a Father is the best of the best. I always wanted to be a Dad but I must admit that my first daughter was a surprise as my ex got pregnant on our honeymoon. My fault as I wouldn`t let her out of bed for 4 days. Hey I was on Convelescent Leave and had to report back to the hospital a week after I got married. When my ex joined me in San Antonio in mid-March she told me the news. I could not believe it I was going to be a Father. I swear my feet never touched the ground as we left the airport I floated all the way to the car. When Paula was born I was totally, completely enraptured ( and captured) by this small bundle of life. I was in Heaven. The same happened 6 years later when Shannon came along especially since we almost lost her and she spent the first 3 months of her life in ICU at Sick Kids in Toronto. That Hospital saved her life. In return we got a female Dennis the Menace and the echos of me yelling Shannon Im going to kill you or telling my ex that she had spawned the Devils child.

After all these years, you know, I would not change a thing. I love my girls, always have and always will.
