OK, gang! I'm done with my winter whining. Spring has fully sprung in the Motor City. It got over 17 C (60F) yesterday and its supposed to go over 10C (50F) today. Nice!

Annabelle, being the red haired, green eyed, freckle-face lass you are, do you actually tan? Seems like lots of the ppl I know like you just burn.

Cheers!
Todd

Normal is a relative term. For some reason it is not a term my relatives use to describe me.

Thank God!!! Now, it's about time!!!! tongue.gif
(*heaves a sigh of relief*)

We have typical April weather over here. rain and sleet showers, wind, sun and then the whole thing again from the beginning...it's turning out a bit better for the Easter Days. No whining here. It's April - it's normal. biggrin.gif

I do get a tan but I have to do it a little at a time. If I stay out more than a hour I'm burnt! So yea, redheads have to be very careful. What's funny is one day I look like me with a few freckles. The next day after being out in the sun I'm one big freckle!

Yeah, I was going to ask that. I've had friends who's freckles act the same way.

BTW: I think freckles are cute. I've known quite a few people, primarily girls, who hate having them. Go figure.

Well, I just got back from a week of southern California. It was very dreary, overcast and even cold some days. Living in Arizona, I am used to everyday blue skies, sunshine and warmth. Was so glad to get back home to that today after a week of the alternative.

Good time to take a nap!

No sunshine, but pleasant enough. Somewhere in the high 40s I think.

It was not to bad here today. The temperature was up around 51 but we did have rain, not much but it still was rain.

According to old Wives Tales, "If it rains on Easter Sunday, it will rain for 7 straight Sundays". sad.gif So it looks like we may have a Soggy Spring.

That's ok if it only rains on the "old wives". biggrin.gif

Besides, remember the other old wives saying: April showers makes May mold, or something like that..... tongue.gif
