OK, gang! I'm done with my winter whining. Spring has fully sprung in the Motor City. It got over 17 C (60F) yesterday and its supposed to go over 10C (50F) today. Nice!
Annabelle, being the red haired, green eyed, freckle-face lass you are, do you actually tan? Seems like lots of the ppl I know like you just burn.

Normal is a relative term. For some reason it is not a term my relatives use to describe me.
Thank God!!! Now, it's about time!!!! (*heaves a sigh of relief*)
We have typical April weather over here. rain and sleet showers, wind, sun and then the whole thing again from the beginning...it's turning out a bit better for the Easter Days. No whining here. It's April - it's normal.

"Now here's my secret", said the fox, "it is very simple. It is only with ones heart that one can see clearly. What is essential is invisible to the eye."
("The Little Prince" by Antoine de Saint-Exupery)
"The soul would have no rainbow, if the eye had no tears." (Native American Proverb)
I do get a tan but I have to do it a little at a time. If I stay out more than a hour I'm burnt! So yea, redheads have to be very careful. What's funny is one day I look like me with a few freckles. The next day after being out in the sun I'm one big freckle!
Well, I just got back from a week of southern California. It was very dreary, overcast and even cold some days. Living in Arizona, I am used to everyday blue skies, sunshine and warmth. Was so glad to get back home to that today after a week of the alternative.
