Hey Shadows, I've been checking in on this post to see if the new ones would respond and I'm sad to see no movement. Very strange, perhaps the new ones are a bit fearful or just don't know what to say......any ideas I can help with?????

You might be interested in a series me and my daughters are reading. It is written for children but great for all ages.  It is the Magic Tree house by Mary Pope Osborne.  There are currently 48 books in the series and 28 fact books. Book 49 is due to come out March 26th and 50 to come out this summer.  Two children, named Jack and Annie travel through time and space, and even to Camolot in a magic tree house.  I'm on 32 WINTER OF THE ICE KING. The children use science, books, and magic, etc. to solve mysteries and accomplish their tasks.

I will be looking for the Magic Tree House, sounds like my kind of reading. I've been reading Lynn Kurland's series of the MacLeod Clan, they all deal with the time portals. She presents them in much the same way my grandsires told them. I like Kurland's writing because it's not all the sloppy junk like so many write, I like them clean.

Correct me if I'm wrong (that would be a great surprise, duh!) but, wasn't it one year ago yesterday, 3/17/2010 somewhere around 10AM the a record was set with most users on line? Something like 520 or more?
Oh the good old days. I think I'll put a call out on FB and she how much trouble I can stir up..... ph34r.gif

I often don't understand these new science discoveries. Time is an eternal circle and has always been. There is no beginning nor end. I guess the problem with science is they can't see what is there and must have explanation for everything. Time doors do exist and always have. But what can you expect of those that believe not in the wee folk, spirits, or magic? They have explanations for everything and if they can't explain it, it isn't there.

I do so agree with everything you posted. Thank you, well said!

I'm not sure this is the right forum for the subject, if not someone can move it.
Anyway, I thought this was a bit interesting. It's being called a new discovery, but we have known about the portal or time gates forever.
Guess no one in the science community ever wondered why so many books are written about the subject, of course they are published under fiction. I myself grew up with the stories of the gates and that's all I'm willing to say right now.

The old timers are still out there. I think that facebook is the standard now a days for social networking. When we started out, facebook was something that only college kids used.

Still, we have more listeners then ever, so I guess we got to promote it a bit more.

Facebook is nothing but a badly written comic book, but then again I do like to stir up trouble there every once in a while. Some habits die hard and they are so easy to stir up. Anyway, I'm back to stay and don't intend to dissapear again.
If you have a link you would like me to add the my website PM me with it and it's done. No problem, my link shows on my postings. Being a bit off the wall look and make sure you want to be linked with it. partytime.gif partytime.gif

Glad the road brought you back this way! Take care and have a great day!

Hello my lovely friend and thank you for the welcome back. Gee, the house smells so wonderful with the huge pot bubbling and the smells of corned beef and cabbage floating in the air. A most wonderful St. Patrick's Day to you also.
It is so good to be back and I don't intend to stray anytime soon. notworthy.gif

Thank you Celtic Radio for the warm welcome back. The road was dark and I traveled many valleys but I hope I have come out the other end a better person. A line from the song my wonderful cousins wrote, "The Blood Is Strong, The Heart Is Highlands" have me started in a whole new direction that I pray will be productive. clap.gif clap.gif clap.gif clap.gif
