I never knew there was a feast day for St. David. It's not listed on the North American Catholic calendars that we get.

Hmmmm   - I thought there were LOADS of Americans of Welsh descent?  

I know that in where some of my family live in California, the Welsh expats have a church service and the Welsh equivalent of a Scottish ceilidh in the evening.

Here, the Welsh amongst us wear a daffodil or a small leek on 1 March - both are the symbols of Wales!  Personally, if I was Welsh, I'd go with the daffy....    much less smelly than the leek!

I posted this in the vain hope that WelshGuy would see it....!
