OK, let's put this here. The "pro" model of the beer can turkey is sold here too, and a few other nifty gadgets (I like the octo-dog and the ingenious, but so simple pan that makes a whole batch of brownies that all have chewy crusts on the edges.) Tried the beer chicken late last summer -- big Fosters can -- it really is delicious, and very moist. This company calls their version a "turkey cannon."
