If I should write a song for you would it make you want to sing? Would you tap your foot and hum along as notes flowed from the strings? Would you understand the feelings that the tune was meant to bring? If I should write a song for you would it make you want to sing? If I should write a poem for you would it captivate your mind? Would you take it at face value or would you read between the lines? Would you search for hidden meanings or for thoughts left undefined? If I should write a poem for you would it captivate your mind? If I should give my love to you would you hold it close to heart? Yours I would it's understood hold treasured from the start. Keep it guarded and protected like some priceless work of art. If I should give my love to you would you hold it close to heart? © 2008 meh |

Celt, Well, from a lady's point of view, your poem is a very romantic one. It's almost a declaration of love. It is very deep indeed and very touching. You could win a lady's heart with this kind of poem. I am always amazed and fascinated by what a man can put into words. This is an excellent poem thank you for sharing. LOA |
