chicken and wild rice soup

and a glass of water

(I am cutting back to just one cup of coffe or tea in the morning and switching to water after that. If the weather stays warm enough in the office, that should work as I usually just drink the hot stuff to keep from freezing)

This thread is particularly not funny this morning! I'm doing a fasting blood sugar this morning, and my lunch is staring at me daring me to open it!
But, last night I did eat catfish and green beans with a wheat ale.

(Hmm...that didn't help!)

I had my cheese toast and applesauce before I left the house and now I'm making coffee for the handful of us in the office. This will be my one coffee for the day - okay - y'all remind me - only one! I'm trying to see if I can cut back without caffeine withdrawal

Just had my special K bar (vanilla crisp - very tasty and only 90 calories) and a glass of water. It's water time now.
