Tomorrow is the day designated by the United States Senate as "Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day" (36 years in the making, I guess better late....than never)

Have you asked a Vietnam Veteran to a welcome home meal or celebration, plan on shaking their hands, giving them a big hug?

The people whose names appear on the Wall in the video below would expect nothing less of you.

All of America should visit the wall. The last time I was there a display had been created to display the items left at the wall. We can only imagine the meaning behind these items. I know what I left the first visit.

I agree, everyone should visit the wall at least once in their life. take a few minutes. take your time walking along it. And honor the memory of those remembered there.

I plan on taking my kids to see the Wall and also the WWII memorial. It is hard to imagine 58,000 American boys killed during this war. That is alot of people, alot of lives and alot of families.

These guys deserve a national holiday. In fact, all of the Vets from Vietnam to Afghanistan deserve recognition. Lets bring them all home and give them a heros welcome.
