This Celtic Woman CD is a wonderful cd as well as the DVD. I have seen the first live show and will get to see A New Journey show in Charlotte, NC. USA in March and have front row seats for this venue. The CD has left out some songs that were on the DVD though. The women in this group could gargle their songs on stage and still sound heavenly.
Thanks, Scott

Hi Scott! Welcome to Celtic Radio! I also loved A New Journey! The cd and dvd are excellent additions to the Celtic Woman series. I have the extended cd which has four songs which are not on the regular cd. I dont have it with me at the moment or I would list them for you.

Anyway, tis great to have you here. Welcome home, my friend!

I love the new album...and I think Haley Westenra is a really good fit into the ensemble. I've got tickets to see them April 15...will let you know about the show.

Just got home from the Celtic Woman concert. What an amazing show. Only one major disappointment. No Haley! crybaby.gif

As usual the show is filled with a contagious energy, simply amazing harmonies and the stuff that makes Celtic Woman so unique. Was well worth seeing. Hope you all get a chance to see it for yourselves.

Will do, Rindy. I love talking about the concerts we attend, especially when they're good!

Haynes, if you get into the music of their concerts like I do, you might want to bring a few tissues...I was getting all misty-eyed just at the shear beauty of the music itself....

I'm new to the site so first let me say a huge hello to all!!
I live in Western NC and drove to Atlanta to see the 02 June show at the Fox. Absolutely amazing!!! I took my 5 (yes five) kids as well. It was well worth the scalpers price I paid through one of the "respectable" ticket houses. We had 2nd row seats and it was absolutely the most amazing show I have ever had the pleasure of attending. Only wish Hayley could have been there. According to her website, she was in the UK. Oh well, maybe I'll get a chance to catch one of her shows as well.
Now I'm looking forward to next year. At least I certainly hope they tour again. Next time I'll pay the PBS prices and get a chance to meet these wonderful ladies in the meet and greet!!
Take care.
