Two weeks away
It feels like the world should've changed.
But I'm home now and things still look the same.
I think I'll leave it to tomorrow till unpack.
I still have sand in my shoes.
Tomorrow's back to work, down to sanity.
Try to remind myself that I was happy here.
Before I knew that I could get on the ship and sail away.
I've always thought that I would love to live by the sea.
To travel the world alone and live more simply.
I have no idea what's happened to that dream.
Because there's really nothing left here to stop me.

Thanks, this was after I returned from my vacation in the Cayman Islands and the Caribbean. I loved it there and was missing it when I came home, lol. I'll go back some day.
