Who else is a fan of this wonderful music? Dropkick Murphys and Flogging Molly are two of the best bands I've heard. I've seen Flogging Molly in concert, best concert I've been to I might add. The energy and music were amazing. Going to Warped tour Sunday to check out Dropkick Murphys, man I'm excited.

We play a wide range of music including Celtic Rock. We received Flogging Molly's CD directly from the band.

You might want to check out a new album we have called "The Bloody Irish Boys" - Similar music and very good.

Go to our Radio menu and select "New Music"

Enjoy! walkman.gif

Me loves Flogging Molly and Dropkick Murphys!

Non-stop, no-holds barred nancy-boy pummeling Irish drinking music! whew, that was a mouthful...

I'm not particularly a fan of the bands you mention but I love some Cruachan and Pogues from time to time.

I'll add in my 2 cents for Flogging Molly...I am a big fan...my kids run around singing 'raise what's left of the flag for me'!! I've seen them in concert and got to meet the band, watch them warm up and they were great! They stood around talking with a few of us...we took pictures and it was great!

I have never heard Flogging Molly! Oops! I have heard so much about them that I must get with it.

My current favorite Celtic Rock band is called Bluehorses. I believe they are from Wales.

Hey CelticCoalition ~ Just wanted to let you know that I put a photo of me and part of the band (Flogging Molly that is) when i met them here in Tempe in May. Like I said they were great. Took lots of pictures, signed anything you wanted, we got to listen to their sound check and talk for about 2 hours before the concert! They really are great energy in concert plus they are cool people too!

Alright, I'm jealous. My friend actually got to see them and interview them when he worked at a Boulder, Colorado newspaper. I was so jealous.

They are awesome, and I can't wait to hear their next album and see them in concert again.

I've seen FM live 8 times now...their shows are such a blast. EVERYONE dances. 14 to 40 year olds. My mom even loves them, and i took her the last time they were here in Atlanta (she stayed in the back). biggrin.gif

How nice you took your mama! Just be patient with her and someday she may be right down front with you. I used to be a back-row observer too, but nah man not any more.

Glengarry Bhoys, Enter the Haggis, Blackthorn and Seven Nations are all not previously mentioned and worth checking out. I could go on, but this is a start.

I have two modes: wiseass and dumbass. Mode is determined by current blood alcohol level.

Drinking is a sport. In order to be competitive, you must practice on a regular basis. Although you can practice alone, it is much more fun to practice with friends. If you're out of shape and practice too hard, you will regret it the next day.

Life is a disease. It is sexually transmitted and always terminal.
