Not sure about this sirius radio - think I got repetitive injury they hurt so bad. Trying some Fish Oil pills, Vitamin D and rest.

I think the word is out now what a heck of a place this is! Paul you get those hands well. Heat helps mine. I have a disease called Celticradioitis. Caused by enjoyment of typing. lol

I also do the fish oil and D-3. I take a suplement that is fish,flaxseed,borage oil omega 3,6,9. other oils in it as well. Big as a horse. I take the D3 as well. I am planning on being here, you rest up. I wish you and yours a Happy St. Patricks Day.

I'd like to know how do you listen to Highlander Radio on Sirius and what do I need to do to tune in.

Thanks - BTW - love this place it's great to see so many folks interested in this type of music.
