Celtic Radio Community > General Discussion > Radio Widgets Question

With the popularity of social networks (MySpace, PetBrags, Dogster, etc.) I've noticed that people are putting radio widgets on their pages. Is there a way to put a widget that will play Celtic Radio?

If there is, where would I find it? I don't even know how to attempt it on my own. Even if I did, I don't know the legalities of it. I don't want to just post it up there and find out that I am infringing on someone or something. Although, I would think that it would be a good thing, because it would be sort of free advertising and could bring more listeners. Right?

This may sound foolish, but what the heck is a widget???

LOL! Hard to explain. A widget is a thing that you can put on your website or social network site. Some are radios, some are games, some are slide shows. That's the best I can explain it. Hope it helps. LOL!

We'll have to look into that. I know there are some widgets built by Live365 and we use them to display our channels - like here:

I believe there might be a audio player widget for Live365. Will do some research and write back here or if anyone knows of one please post! smile.gif
