With the forum member ranks increasing everyday, I thought now might be a good time to look for a few people that would like to get more involved in the forum and in CelticRadio.net . I?ve always thought of the forum has belonging to the members and in a way, the broadcast does too because it will always be free to listen and is currently supported by listener donations! At this time, I am looking for any members that are interested in volunteering as a moderator of one of these forums: Scotland, Wales (our Welshguy seems to have left his post indefinitely), The Celts, CelticHearts and Celtic Music. Ideally, if you are keenly interested in one of these subjects and have always wanted to run a forum, then this is a good opportunity for you. It does not take much time at all either, just ask Scottish2 or maggiemahone1! Within the week I am going to create a special group for all of the moderators that will also provide special privileges to help moderator the board. This will be indicated in your profile that you are part of Highlander Radio moderating team! You?ll have access to some of the admin functions of the board too. I am also looking for perhaps 1 or 2 more people that would like to be global moderators and just help other members out with technical questions and in using the board. This would require some general knowledge of the board and broadcast, but probably nothing more than you already know if you are up to this. Please let me know if you are interested.
