I'm having lunch now; it is a old fashioned ham, swiss cheese, smoked turkey with lettuce in 1/2 a pita pocket.

T-bone steak (rare), baked potato with butter & sour cream, salad with blue cheese dressing and ice tea! OUr daughter wanted to take us out to dinner last night - she turned 21 a couple of weeks ago and wanted to do something nice for mom, dad and brother.

I had some vegetable soup for lunch and treated myself to half a Dr. Pepper. I seldom drink soft drinks these days but, every so often, I find that I really want one. Last night my sweetie bought me this one and I finished it at work. mmm...

I just had some Special K snack bites. 90 calories and they were pretty good. It's about time for some vegetable soup, though. The bottled water guy just came by a little while ago and I told him that our coffee consumption was down but water is definitely up. He's getting pretty busy now that it's finally warmer outside.
