We had an issue with our database last night, but we have seemed to have recovered it.

If you see any issues with post messages at all, please post them here.

Thanks!

I was worried, but thanks to the MYSQL database, the developers were thoughtful enough to include some recovery repair tools.

It took all night for the repair tool to do its stuff, but it worked!

I can not rule out that some old messages on the board maybe corrupt, but so far everything seems to be intact.

Even if we did lose the database and it became completely corrupt, we perform a full database backup every Sunday morning that gets copied onto a network backup drive.

This was probably only the second time we needed to take the database down in about 2 years. But it highlights the importance of making backups! biggrin.gif

Leprechauns! Hey, aren't they supposed to be nice?
