It is a real pitty that Vigo being twined (jumelée) with Lorient both cities do not have their websites bilingual: Spanish, French, Breton, Galician.

From my point of view is a gross oversight. Not too much "jumelée"... Is a bit of "Avoir l'esprit bouché". Oh, well... "C'est toujours cela de pris".

Er... Yes, my father was Breton...
