Great Irish Soda Bread Receipe

I found this receipe on the internet and I've already made 12 loaves. Cut on one to see if it was any good and it was terrific.

4 c all-purpose flour
1 stick of butter
2/3 c sugar
2T brown sugar
2 T cinnamon
1 c raisins
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 mature banana for moisture
1/2 c oats
green food coloring (optional)

Mix together and bake in a loaf pan at 350. Grease pan well. Bake about 1 hour. after you remove from oven paint with butter on the top surface.

This turned out really really good.
Don't forget this has no preservatives in it so you have to keep it in the refrig. It only took about 20 minutes to make. Girls it's definitely one receipe to keep.
