It's taken me a while to post... partly because I'm not terribly familiar with how these forum/message boards work...
However, I've been listening for several months - ever since I came across your station in my iTunes listing. I was sad when the link there no longer worked, but then checked out the website (which is very, very nice, by the way) and got reconnected via live365.
I love things Celtic - the music for one thing. It seems so alive. I bought a tin whistle during a (too short) trip to Ireland, and just recently purchased a low whistle from ebay. It's fun to go home from work and try to figure out some of the tunes from the day...
'Till next time, then.

Hello... My name is Dave and I am a celtic music fan.
When folkmusic.nl disappeared, I started checking out other streaming folk channels. Highlander has become my number one channel now.
My favorite folk musician is Stan Rogers, who often played at the Ark in Ann Arbor in the seventies, up until his untimely death. It was a treat to see him up close and talk to him after the shows. It is great to find others that appreciate Stan.
Now from Highlander, I've discovered new artists, Heather Dale and Runrig among others.
This is great.

Hi there, I am BonnieJean and I'm from the east coast in Canada. Just starting my research on Scotland. Have lots of interesting sites. Celtic music is a big part of my research, although I have yet to learn all the lingo that goes along with Scotland. I thank you for letting me join and hope to make some good friends and meet lots of people.
By the way, I think it's awesome that I can hear some real celtic music where I am from where you are. Keep up the great work!
All the best, BonnieJean
