With "DUB YA's" mis-named Patriot Act in place even talk like is happening here can get you labeled a terrorist and enemy of the US. The right to dis-agree with the US government was taken away by that God awful piece of law that was forced on the people while their attention was on a catastrophy that made it seem needed.

This government is headed down the same road that Germany and Russia took in the past, unarm, keep complaciant, and keep the people in the dark as to the truth!

Well I disagree it's suppose to do the fighting for us as Jefferson said a little rebellion every now and then is good to remind the government whose in charge (Not exact words but close enough). And personally in my view we're way way over due. Lasdt rebellion we had in this country was almost 150 years ago and that one was only 80 years after the first unsure.gif

I hate war but I hate what this country is coming to with the size our government is getting to in part due to an unconstitutional income tax.

Scottish2,

What I meant by the Constitution/Bill of Rights fighting for us is that it is suppose to be the standard or buffer to insure our Rights.

"We the people" are suppose to be the guardians of our own rights. But when we have idiot politicians and Federal Judges trampling and disreguarding those "Rights" written in the Contitution then I believe that's grounds for a revolution.

If we could ressurrect Jefferson, Washington, and Madison and show them the state the U.S. is in and the size of the Federal government they would be the ones leading the charge in this new revolution! The very thing they sought to safeguard against---a bloated, oversized, power-hunger, and out-of-control-government has happened by allowing the Federal Government to become too large and move outside its bounds of intended function.

As for the Patriot Act...It is "Pandora's Box" waiting to be opened! If I am dubbed a terrorist for exercising my 1st Amemdment Right of "Free Speech", then this country really is going to hell in a handbasket! sad.gif

Well at least in Nevada the 1st amendment is already dead.

http://www.paynoincometax.com/As I said I am heavy into the income tax issue and this man has several books out on this issue and a judge ordered him to stop selling his books and stop speaking of this issue. ACLU already backed him saything this is protected political speech protected by the first amendment yet the judge just stripped him of this right.

Bye Bye 1st amendment. rip_1.gif
