Welcome Martina to our unique community!!

Yes, half german and half irish does sound exotic! I am sure that given those genes you sure can dance! :)

Glad to have you here and feel free to jump right in! How is the weather in Peru right now? Seems like the cold has returned to the Northeast U.S. - more like fall than spring!

Hi Martina!  Welcome, I'm sure you'll make lots of friends here. :D  :D  I'm an Irishwoman by heart.  (h)
Macfive was kind enough to let me lead the Irish forum. If you have any comments, please post.  The more the merrier.  :D

The weather has changed drastically here also.  We are expecting a frost for early in the morning. I'm hoping it will by pass, so it won't kill the fruit trees.  (cry)

Thank you all for the warm welcome in here! I normally am more in Runrig chat, but I see there are other sites with very kind people too.
Weather is gone cold here and we have no heatings. I live in Arequipa, 2500 m high...but that is our smallest peoblem here, worse are the bad health situation, the earthquakes almost weekly, the high criminality and poverty here..sigh...I hope I one day can get back to Europe and meet you all!!
:)
Hugs and greetings,
Martina
