Here is a game I saw on anther forum and really liked. Thought you might like to try too! I will start the game by giving you a five word sentence that has something to do with Harry Potter, like:
Hermione Granger Does Laundry Weekly
Then I will randomly pull five letters from my sentence, like
RAMHL
The next player must take those five letters and make a Harry Potter related sentence using those five letters as the first letters of each new word, like this:
Ron Always Makes Harry Late
Ready to try? Here are five letters from that last sentence:
AELHR
Give it a shot!
--------------------
Slàn agus beannachd, Allen R. Alderman
'S i Alba tìr mo chridhe. 'S i Gàidhlig cànan m' anama. Scotland is the land of my heart. Gaelic is the language of my soul.
I see that no one tried my game! Did I not explain the rules well enough? Or were my starting letters too hard? Or is it that no one is interested? Feedback?
Let me see if I've got it. Stoirmeil used the preceeding letter, but then put Dobby underneath. I think you should have used letters from your own answer, which was:
All elves learn heavy restrictions.
I'll pick VATSH
Voldemort attended the Slytherin House.

The peculiar evil of silencing the expression of an opinion is, that it is robbing the human race; posterity as well as the existing generation; those who dissent from the opinion, still more than those who hold it. If the opinion is right, they are deprived of the opportunity of exchanging error for truth: if wrong, they lose, what is almost as great a benefit, the clearer perception and livelier impression of truth, produced by its collision with error. ~John Stuart Mill, On Liberty, 1859
Education: that which reveals to the wise, and conceals from the stupid, the vast limits of their knowledge. ~Mark Twain

We play this game over at the Harry Potter site I admin at. You do make your sentence from the sequence the last person leaves for you. As to choosing one for the next person -- it has evolved. We sometimes have our five-letter continuation be a kind of commentary on our solution. But you could use the initials of the sentence you formed, or even just randomly choose. You do make your own sentence from the sequence the last person leaves for you.
Wiz: this is your call. What do y'all think would be good?
Well, I guess it would be okay every once in a while to do it that way, but most of the time choose it randomly. (I kinda feel bad because I didn't know that the rules over at TP had changed.)

Wonder how this owuld work if we did a Create Your Own Sentence - Celtic Radio style, with all of the sentences dealing with someone or something related to Celtic Radio!!! I can just imagine the results:
