| When all is said and done, I want to make a difference... I want to be remembered for something good... Where do I start!!!?? I can continue to be me...the caring, the compassionate, the honest.. But sometimes that does not seem like it is enough!!!!! When will people see that I cannot be all things!!!!! At least at the same time!!!!!! When people look at me, they see a strong person.. How did I get that strong??? I don't see the things that they see...at least not right now.. The past cannot be brought back, not relived... I have to carry on, and if people choose to help me, Then that is all well and good... Yet, sometimes I have to cry and take a step back... That is hard for people to see... They need to understand that I am afraid!!!! I am afraid that someone else will be taken from me.......... 9/11/08 marti |

| No marti do not be afraid. Life can be hard sometimes but things do not happens for nothing, there is always a reason behind and it is up to us to decipher it's mystery. If people see you as a strong person then it is because that is what you are...do not try to change it for life throws things on each of our path and we must be strong to be able to go forward not backwards. That's a very deep poem coming from your soul and describe a lot of emotions...human emotions. A great poem indeed. LOA |

| Change has come, changing with the seasons.. Some people deal with change differently They cannot accept what is right in front of them.. Others can move on at a moment's notice... A person must be strong to accept what happens in life.. Yet, we never feel like w are making the right choice.. We second-guess ourselves... Letting opportunities pass by. Help me to see the changes that I have to accept Make me brave and strong Give me only what I can handle... Show me the way to go..... Find me the resting place that I can call my own!!!!!! |
