| I am asking you to keep my Uncle Chuck in your prayers. He is near death (Alzheimers). The doctors don't know if he's got hours or weeks. Please ask God in your prayers, if it is His Will, to end it soon. I remember when I first suspected he had Alzheimers. It was at his grandson's First Communion party. Uncle Chuck's son Matt and his family live in the Chicago area, so my family was invited to the party. Uncle Chuck kept asking me who my sister was. |

| Hi Mike, having coming on to your request for prayers yesterday. I find myself at a loss for words, except for saying that I am so sorry to hear of your Uncles illness. Having first hand experiences with Alzheimer’s, I know that it will not be easy, and so all I can say is my thoughts are with you. JC |

| I got a phone call from my dad last night. Uncle Chuck died about 5:30PM yesterday. It really is a blessing. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. |
