Help Me Hear The Radio

I cannot access Highlander Radio with Winamp 5. I get:
[timed out] http://206.75.217.207:8250
[timed out] http://216.218.254.98:8200

On the "Tune In To Highlander Radio" page I:
1. can get the radio by clicking the Windows Media Player link
2. cannot get the radio by clicking the Winamp Modem or Broadband link (I get a "The page cannot be displayed" message)
3. When using the Javascript thingie I went through the setup and "Launched external player". Winamp then gave me:
[timed out] http://rs4.radiostreamer.de:8200/
[timed out] http://live.str3am.com:2780/

I am happy just to get the radio any way I can get it, but I would much rather get it through Winamp instead of Windows Player.

I'm running Win NT SP6a with 128 mB RAM with a T1 connection.

I'm an American, but my genealogy research is leading me from the USA back to Ulster, and from there (rumored) back to Lowland Scotland. I'm doing all the research about Scotland that I can get my hands on, and it is my hope to one day find my link back to Scotland. And your music really feels good.
