I live in the highlands of scotland in a little village called Bonar-Bridge. Just so you have a better idea of wereabouts i am i actually work at the castle were madonna got married a few years ago if you seen that on television. I love my traditional music and attend as many gigs and festivals as i can. My favourite bands are shooglenifty and Session A9 and luckily ive seen them both live here in scotland.
Welcome Paul! You have found a great site! The music here is wonderful as are the members. What's it like working in a castle? See you around! Hope to hear from you soon. -Cf

Well hello and welcome to Highlander Radio pagcelt.. I am glad you found us.. I do remember that wedding. I bet that is a lot to keep up.. I hope you enjoy the music as well as the forum.. I look forward to learning more about you...
Greetings and welcome to you. I think it is great here. I've been to Ireland and I missed a trip to Scotland by about 50 dollars. I couldn't afford the flight, totally depressing. Oh well. Welcome to the forum.

There's a dear little plant that grows in our Isle Twas St . Patrick himself, sure, that set it; And the sun of his labour with pleasure did smile, And with dew from his eye often wet it. It grows through the bog, through the brake, through the Mireland, and they call it the dear little shamrock of Ireland.
You've found a wonderful place on the internet! The music is wonderful and the people genuinely care.
I see you're a Glasgow Celtic fan. I follow them as best I can over the internet. How are the Bhoys doing?
