Normal is a relative term. For some reason it is not a term my relatives use to describe me.

QUOTE (3Ravens @ Feb 24 2004, 09:11 PM)
After the people who cut you off on the road, which is a given, my pet peeve is the people who drive 10 miles down the road with the turn signal on! You never know when they are really going to turn! Or maybe it's the ones who turn and never put on a signal at all! wink.gif

Yes! Yes! I hate that. Many times, at least around here, it's some little old person behind the wheel. (Notice I didn't make some reference to female drivers, which I would neverdo! hypocrite.gif )

You may not but I sure do. I can tell if a car is coming up from behind me if it is a Man or a Woman driving from a mile away and be right 90% of the time. No joking either.

One habit I have found with Women driving is when your on a secondary highway and I comes upon you really fast:

A Man would not slow down and continue on around you 90% of the time.

A Woman would come right on up behind you and sit there until either you turn or she turns even if there is no oncoming traffic where she could pass. And again this is about 90% of the time.

I think the reason for this is that the woman is selfconscience when it comes to speeding and does realize it while she is doing it. It is then, when she comes up on another vehicle, when she reallizes that she had been driving faster than the speed limit and then slows down and out of guilt or something will not pass.

I have another peeve, and this one's a doozy. I hate it, really hate it when people sue others, especially businesses, for something that's their own fault. For example, there's that old lady who spilled coffee on her own lap, then sued McDonald's because the coffee was too hot. And won! There have been others who tried to sue Nabisco because there was too much fat in the cream filling in Oreos. They lost, thankfully. And then there was a family who sued McDonald's because they said their food made them fat. They ate there 3 times a day. Their contention was that McDonald's didn't tell them there was a lot of fat in their foods. HELLO!

Take responsibility for your own actions, idiots! bangin.gif bash.gif
