Profiles, Working once Again!

Just a quick note that we had a fix made to our profile system. Unfortunately, when we enabled the changing of member names by Founders, it caused an error message to appear everytime a regular member tried to update their profile.

This has been fixed now, so please now go ahead and make any changes to your profile that you wish to make.

Hi there

I am trying to update my profile and have completed it but when I click the tab to update it ,it goes right back to what I had and adds nothing else.also having problems loading pictures.Is there something I am doing wrong? Do I need to upgrade to a membership to do this?

You should not have to upgrade your membership to update your profile.

Can you try refreshing the page and see if it updated. I took a look at your profile and it appears proper.

We have added a message alert when updating your profile photograph to refresh the page.

When you upload a photograph, the page may not show the updated photograph right away. It does upload and work, you just need to refresh the page as your browser cache has the old photograph saved.
