Check out our request page and our database of almost 4,000 songs. We now have a new search engine that makes it a snap to locate songs by Artist, Song or Album! Search for all or limit your search to an exact phrase.

We received many requests for this feature, so again we are glad that we have provided a new service suggested by our listeners!

Enjoy!

Greetings,
I appreciate the search, and have used it. However, if I get more than one page of results, I cannot go the the second page. When I click Next>> I get the following:

status=err
SQL error=1064
SQL error string=You have an error in your SQL syntax near ') ' at line 1
SQL=SELECT count(*) as cnt FROM songlist WHERE (songtype='S') AND (status=0) AND ()

Just thought you should know.

I am glad that you are all of the forgiving type! And here I thought my super smart search engine was perfect!!!

Actually, this really helped me understand how to create webpages that querry the database and give the results on mult-pages. This will help me when I create the musician database.

The bug has been found and fix. Maggie, select a 'song' search, then type in 'Fields of' then click on exact search. You will see all of the songs that start with this prefix.

Ok, any more bugs you can take me out back and shoot me!! tongue.gif

Maggie: it's a traditional song. I like Hollie Smith's rendition the best of any I've heard so far. It's on Light From a Distant Shore

Actually you get more accurate results if you just put in "Athenry". About six versions of this song come up.
