What stumps me is why someone who spends so much time looking things up to fling around as evidence of the apocalypse can keep missing what such an important word in his own vocabulary simply LOOKS like.

Maybe its the same reason why he doesn't change his spelling even after being corrected (see his last post this thread). Must not care. Often one is not considered an elitist because they know what's correct, they're considered one because they care about it.

Not caring is maybe on the order of a misdemeanor. Not being able to accept or admit being simply and concretely wrong is on the felony level. sad.gif

Talk about off topic!!

My source uses it interchangably so your opinion does not really concern me.

Show your source, or be judged full of yourself, and still wrong. I say you cannot truthfully show such a source.

Here is a typical example of the use of "malitia". It should warm your heart -- it is an American reference document of legal discussion from the 19th century, purportedly in consonance with the founding documents:

"Malitia est acida, est mali animi affectus." Malice is sour, it is the quality of a bad mind. 2 Buls. 49.

A Law Dictionary, Adapted to the Constitution and Laws of the United States. By John Bouvier. Published 1856.

As for your decuction. My source uses it interchangably so your opinion does not really concern me. I see it just as an attempt by the radical left to belittle someone. We have addressed the issue of spelling here several times and decided it does not matter. I guess of late they have little other recourse. Look for that spelling in the future. I know when the left resorts to nit picking spelling and grammar, they have no more viable arguments and the right has won.

I see this primarily as an issue between you and your personal therapist. The fact that you don't care is a given and implied in your actions. The fact that you've converted your stubborn spelling error to a personal attack from the "radical left" is a laughable aggrandisement. Yes sir, the "radical left" has you in its sights because of your spelling. rolleyes.gif

A correction is not an attack, and perhaps your spelling is being corrected because your ideas are beyond hope.

I said that this topic is NOT about education so take it elsewhere. If that is all you have, you have lost!

I do not see where the term attack came from other than in your mind.

Indicating that I need or have a personal therapist is a personal attack. I would say that crossed the line!

Forget the smiley face. That is supposed to indicate that your post is just a joke? Get real!

Start your own forum for these posts, they do not belong on this thread! Are you afraid there would be no participation?

It is my understanding that the amount of force brought to bear by the mAlitias has forced more into the national bark and onto public land, both of which are rough and short on water. It could be compared to the black panthers at the Pa. polling place. No action took place, just a show of numbers. It is a bit of a shock when one realizes that there armed people where there appeared to be none seconds before.

Eventually the armed escorts will be increased and there will be trouble.

Obama is in over his head on this one too.
