sisterknight,

if you mean US$: 78,4/l = 0,60€/l; 0,88 = 0,68€/l
if you mean Can$ 78,4/l = 0,49€/l; 0,88 = 0,55€/l

(todays exchange values)

What's the matter with the beer? wink.gif

Today unchanged 1,03€/l ($4,98/gal) or Can$ 1,63/l.

Two outlets, same company, went up to $1.80 a gal. for the holiday. The rest of the service stations held their price. THAT is price gouging. Those two lost my business and will be the subject of my "word of mouth" bad advertising blitz!

I laughed too soon yesterday! Today the gas price raised to 1,06€/l ($5.06/gal; Can$ 1.66/l) A six eurocent raise in one day - that's bitter.

But I filled my car up yesterday laugh.gif

The price dropped to $1.75 Wed. afternoon, and has held steady so far. No rise for the holiday. But they might have "overlooked" a decrease until Monday. At $1.75 I can live with it! biggrin.gif
