Great to see so many other musicians here! 
I play once a week at a local pub near Chicago- The Kerry Piper in Willowbrook. I'm the piano player for the Murphy Roche ceili band.
I also sing and play bodhran, bass & other things, and my CD is being played on air here. It's called "The Banshee". I have been added recently to new music!

I was just listening to a cut from my CD being played here! (Congress Reel/Ships are Sailing) It's the first time I was able to catch something from my own CD! I'm so excited to have heard it. I saw that it had a rating of 5 stars. Is that for the tune, or for the CD?

I bought a Bar Code today & added it to my art. I'm getting a new batch of CDs printed up to send to CD Baby, since I almost sold my first 100 & I'm almost out.

Oh dear, I just came back around & read about the troubles here....I had the flu. I'm very glad things are getting back to normal here. :-)
Anyway, there I was selling my first little CD, first to friends live at a release party in CA, then online from my site- $100. in the last month just from that, when my hosting service goes down...ack! I was going to sell more this weekend from an in world event at There. I took all my documents with links away. 
I had just been accepted as a new artist here and was very happy. Then I had to write to Paul & ask him to put a hold on it. Our whole website is down and has been for days. There's no use him posting my links when they are dead. 
I'll write back to him as soon as everything looks stable again. It sure feels scary when these things happen. |

How wonderful you all are!! Well, most of you anyway! No, really, what a warm welcome. Thank you. Some call me Banshee & some call me Kate. I like both. I'm pale & I sing loud, hence the name....
I will try to get into the habit of coming around. I am VERY busy doing 3D modeling for There, I make fireplaces, furniture, bonfires, virtual snacks, campfires, and well, I guess I love the animated fire. hehe This modeling helps pay for groceries, so it's like my part time job, and I love it.
I have written to someone at Highlander Radio to ask if they would like to play my CD. I'm ready to hear about that soon, I hope.
My little self produced CD has had very good reviews from friends in There. So, I am encouraged to get it out wherever possible.
I made a page at MySpace.com where people can upload samples of music. I have yet to get a UPC code, so I can't sell at Amazon or CD Baby yet.
I worked on my home page for the last couple of hours. I am not a very good web designer I'm afraid. It took me a long time to get it as organized as it appears now.
I am a blonde. I wish to high heaven I was/ could be a red head! I tried it once, and looked like I died last week. Same with any dark hair, or any color but blonde.
I don't have the redhead skin. I love red hair!
I thank you all again for the wonderful welcome! Slainte! Somebody pour me a Guinness! Yeah!
