1.) Apple Spiced Tea. - I have been addicted to this!!!!!

+Serving: 6

+3 cups apple cider
+3 cups boiling water
+6 black or green tea bags
+1/4 tsp. ground allspice
+1/3 cup honey

Add tea bags to the boiling water. Let stand in the pan for 10 minutes.
Add the allspice, honey and cider. Simmer over low heat until honey is
blended, about one minute. Chill. Serve over ice.

2.) Green Tea Cooler
---------------------
+Serves: 2

+1 cup green tea, prepared at regular strength
+2 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
+2 cups diced honeydew melon, fresh or frozen
+1 ripe banana
+1 Tablespoon sweetener of choice (optional if fruit is very ripe and sweet)
+6 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, breaking the banana into three or four pieces. Blend or process until smooth.
Serve immediately

I love teas and ciders and even have my own two cup tea pot at work. Cant wait to try this out.

Ingredients:

4 cups water, divided

4 tea bags green tea

1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves, tightly packed

1/3 cup chopped fresh ginger

1/4 cup agave

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

Lemon slices, to garnish (optional)

2 tsps Fennel (optional)


Directions:

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil before reducing to a simmer. Add the green tea bags, chopped mint, ginger, and agave and let steep 30 minutes.

Strain into a large pitcher, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Add the lemon juice and remaining water.

*Can refrigerate with ice.

Serves: 4
