Since we are all talking about dieting lets see what we are..

matter? Besides, if I wanted to lose wieght I
would. Good for you that you are comfortable
with your body. Although somedays you get
self-conscious and unhappy. Even though you
don't really care about weight, try to eat a
little healthier. In the long run, health is
important.

This is my 3rd year. Last year I was on dayshift and all they do there is EAT! I gained 15 pounds and that was WITH dancing! My shins started giving me heck and I knew that if I didn't do something soon, my stress fractures would be back. (had those in the Navy 8 years ago) As soon as I got off of days, I started weight watchers and have lost those 15 pounds. Got a few more to go, then I'll be content. cool.gif

I here you there. It is so easy to put weight on but to get it off is another thing. Keep your attitude and you will go far!!!
