I was looking through some other forums and came up with a great idea. I think a few battlefields should be added into the game. This would add the opportunity for enemies or rivals to agree on a fight in which neither side would have an unfair advantage. All groups would be on equal ground. The Battlefields would also be able to have many people fight at once, therefore allowing entire clans to fight it out in one battle without someones castle being destroyed. This would be a great because the clans would be able to truly rely on each other without an specific person taking some great toll. There could also be an infinite amount of strategic options to be integrated into a field battle. Post what you think about this idea.

I too believe it would be fun to see a battle ground where no defensive bonus from castles could be used. Without mentioning names, I am sure there are several castles that have well over 1,000,000 guard towers.

On a separate note, I also think that the larger a kingdom gets the more resources it should require to maintain. Having the extra challenge of limited resources when a player has a HUGE Castle loaded with towers or an oversized army would also help reduce the need for a total game reset every now and then.
