I don't drink tea regularly (except for iced tea), but I occasionally get on a tea kick.

Some of my favourites are:

Black Courant
Vanilla Maple
Irish Breakfast
Sleepytime
Blueberry
and Ginger

There are many I'd like to try, too.

As far as iced tea goes, I like the Luzianne decaf, and for regular tea I like Superior Coffee's Southern Style Tea. You can't buy it in the grocery stores...it's only available through food service distributors. I get mine at the hotel I work at. It's bulk, and is meant for 3 gallon tea brewers. I just use three tablespoons in a Mr. Coffee iced tea brewer. Love my Mr. Coffee iced tea brewer. smile.gif

So many people drink Earl Grey too! Yeah! I thought it was just me. My family doesn't drink tea, just coffee. Black tea and Green tea are shown to have many health benefits.

I like: to boil the water and let the water sit in with the tea leaves and strain it.

Earl Grey
Darjeeling - kind of like earl grey but stronger you'll like it!
Blueberry
Antioxidant Green Tea
Chamomile

I try to drink at least 2 cups per day. The studies say you need 2 cups of each every day to have the health benefits.
