If Japan can have great medical why can't we? In Japan if you qualify the cost of medical is free (Except maybe the room itself but procedures and medicines free my wife thinks (She's Japanese)) and if you don't qualify meaning you earn to much in your retirement years then it costs you roughlyt $3000 a year and then you too qualify for the above.
