I know that there still folks around who remember me from the "good old times" here. I just have to share a big joy in my life ...
In about six weeks I will be a granny!!!! My youngest son and his wonderful lady are expecting their first baby at the end of July. It will be a boy and they decided that his name will be Leonard. I'm so happy and proud and so looking forward to the new addition to the family. The clan is growing!

Hey, congratulations, Gabby! What a great thing! Grandkids make the world go 'round!
We just welcomed GK #8 into the world a few weeks ago. Two of our grandsons weree over to see us last night as we celebrated some Father's Day and some birthday (our youngest son turned 25). Glad for you and can't wait to hear about the new little one when he/she makes his/her entrance.
Wonderful news!!

Shadows and haynes9, thank you for your kind words - and congrats on the soon-to-be new members of your families, too!
As it is my first grandchild, I'm getting exited and at the same time I feel so very thankful and humbled. They are so precious and always a kind of miracle.
I have the great pleasure to announce that our wee bundle of joy arrived at 1.33 CET, Leonard is 20,87 inches "tall" and weighs 7,5 lbs. Mama and baby are doing fine, and so is Leonard's daddy I will post pics as soon as I get some. My precious grandson, welcome to this world, may your journey here be a gentle and blessed one.
Let's toast to him, I'm buying

There are so many emotions like joy, feeling thankful, feeling humble for this miracle of newborn life and the greatness of a gift that was given to us and most of all LOVE ...
Paul was so kind to post some pictures of my grandson under "Celtic Radio - What's New", thank you for your help, Paul.
